SOOOO my review is a little different than everyone else here for 2 reasons:1. I am buying extensions primarily to add volume to my hairdresser's bad decision to use actual thinning shears on my *at the time* Platinum Blonde and delicate hair. I am purchasing them to add thickness AND some length to what is an IMPOSSIBLY blunt, chin length cut that I colored back to my natural "medium auburn"2. I have been doing my own hair (both color and cut) since I was a teenager, but have never experimented with hair extensions at all until now. I'm a first time user and typically have very thick hair that grows long easily, so I've never had to use/think about extensions or adding volume before now.Sadly, my hair dresser thinned my hair after I'd already successfully done White Platinum myself and I'd gone to her for JUST the roots....and she managed to "need" to bleach my roots twice and then toned 4 times and did a fast, blunt cut (I asked for short with very textured and "piecey" ends) and sent me home with my Platinum spotted with gold rings and a cut I absolutely HATE. I had to rebleach my hair myself and managed to get the roots and her "gold" areas fixed with one bleaching and one toning session. But because of her thinning my hair (again....I don't understand who thins a bob knowing that bleached hair will thin itself by being weak no matter how healthy it is) and me needing to fix the blotchy spots, my hair broke off entirely (and VERY VISIBLY) on the crown (like 3 inch long horns sticking up that I cannot hide with styling) as well as broken chunks of hair at my temples and other areas. Those broken pieces combined with other normal/minor breakage and her having thinned my hair gave me a head of hair that feels like a stranger's head. My hair is *I hope temporarily* fine - medium instead of thick and wavy and all of the processing has made it straight as a stick instead of wavy and frizzy. So I literally HATE everything about it right now.All of that nightmare being said....I decided to purchase one set of the 10 inch "medium brown" hair extensions to use "up high" on my scalp to thicken when needed until my thickness grows back and figured I'd "try" to add length despite having read extensive info about the fact that blending extensions with a shorter, blunt cut is nearly impossible unless you're wearing it partially pulled back or hiding natural hair.So I'm doing both. In the photos I'm adding, I have my natural, chin length with no extensions that I colored back to "Caramel" (Medium Brown) and Photos with these 10 inch Extensions in "Medium Brown". I was REALLY fortunate in that the extensions actually match my hair nearly perfectly and I didn't need to dye them. However, I purchased one set initially and decided to just get another set since I'd had to totally hide my natural hair in the back (to avoid a mullet) and create the back with extensions-only (and no natural hair blended in).I'm thrilled with my purchase. For 2 sets of 10 inch extensions I spent $50.00 for human hair and PLENTY of extensions to do both volume as well as length and as my hair grows out...I'll be able to use them for "volume only" until things thicken up. The extensions are the best deal on human hair I've found. They are all even and not patchy. All of the clips work very well and both sets included 2 extra clips and the thread/needle for repairs. The color is 100% on point for medium brown. It has both gold and red highlights so that whichever your natural hair has....the match is really good. Some people mentioned the "thin" ends....but to me, that's what I expected because Asian hair tends to be fine, straight, and thin and if you want blunt or textured ends....just trim them and the problem is solved. Please keep in mind that I style the extensions using high heat once they're already placed on my head to better blend my natural hair (front and sides) into the curls and waves. I styled these extensions on temperatures of over 400 degrees F three times and also lightly sprayed with hairspray, wore them out, and combed/brushed them numerous times. The photos of the extensions laid out are what they look like AFTER doing all of that and not having washed them yet. They were sleek and straight when they were new and untouched. They are still in great condition after applying high heat and wearing them several times as far as I'm concerned. The fact that I paid a whopping $50.00 for TWO sets of human hair that just clips and goes is freaking amazing to me considering everywhere else I've looked sells artificial hair for 4x that much and human hair for up to $500.00 for a basic set or even a "topper" or clipped piece. The photos that have the extensions "in" (Photo #2, 3, and 4) are my first attempt EVER with extensions. No dying them and the color only varies in the photos depending on whether or not I use the flash. The flash adds a more "gold" tone, but without it the "medium brown" is a standard Auburn (mostly brown with red/gold highlights). I use Wella Color Charm "Caramel" Hair Dye on my natural hair and the match is nearly identical just for color-reference. The very last photo is me after wearing the extensions all night out for dinner and drinks. It's hard to see my hair, but ANY "length" you see that isn't pinned back is the extensions. The part that is "long" in the back is all extensions and no natural hair. I hid my short, blunt bob pieces in the back by putting small braids up the back, pinning them down, and then placing extensions over top of all of it all the way up nearly to the crown to successfully have "extensions with a short and blunt cut". On the sides, I just placed extensions higher up and blended them with my real hair and then loosely pinned the sides and top back with a clip to avoid the "mullet" look.I'm really pleased with my purchase and especially the $50.00 price I paid for Human-Hair in the perfect shade that I could easily use for both length and volume without any real alterations. I'm also really pleased that I was able to style them on very high heat with my real hair and see no damage after wearing and styling them several times. I wanted to be sure to include photos of the extensions after being used and styled since everyone else shows them "new". These can take some serious wear and tear and can absolutely add length no matter how short your hair is or how inexperienced you are with extensions. You just have to be creative. And for this price, I can keep buying longer sets for fun even after my thickness comes back!! What a fantastic deal and as far as I'm concerned, the colors are right on point and the hair is beautiful. I saw no flaws or issues considering the price and felt confident showing these off and wearing them out on my first try!Highly recommend to first time users and people who aren't looking to spend $500.00 for *no apparent reason I can discern*. I will keep buying from this seller each time I get longer or other colored sets! Why fix what's not broken? You'll love these!
